Instructions for Windows XP Users:
(Note: The file type is .zip
so you need Winzip to open it. Click here
to get the latest version of Winzip if you don't alread have it.)
After the download is complete, locate the file and double
click on it to unzip it. After the cursors contents have been unzipped
the folder will open up automatically. Right click on the file(s) and
select Send To and then choose My Documents. This just makes a copy of
the cursor and sends it to My Documents. This must be done otherwise
the cursor won't work.
Open up the control panel found in My Computer and double click on Mouse.
From the mouse properties select the Pointers tab and then double click on
Normal Select and locate the cursor named Normal which should now be in
My Documents. If their are two parts for the cursor like the Halo cursor
then follow the same steps for the Normal cursor and then go down and
double click on Link Select and locate the second cursor named Link which
should also be in your My Documents. Now just hit OK and your done.
If you ever want to go back and change the
cursor back to how it was just go in to the Mouse Properties again from
the Control Panel and select the Pointers tab and then just click on the
Use Default button.
